New Age: Chakras For Beginners

articlechakraflower

Life is a circle and at the same time is only a first step, which contains all what man has made: His laughs and his cries are there. There is nothing that is not found in its bosom. Because it is like the voice of man. It will talk to you about his feelings.

Chakras are circles which have inside, the secret of the flower: The flower of existence. The flower of consciousness and unconsciousness, of reason and unreason. Of truth and lies. Of birth and death.

There is a mystical spiritual consciousness in this science, which can’t be contained. It has an unmatchable faculty. It gives the ones who study it, a very special revelation of life, with the deepest and most complete, the subtlest, most delicate and perfect secrets.  Chakras, are the inner path of man. They are the form to distinguish, to differentiate what is in his evolution. They reveal his journey and his end. And the middle point is this moment. They reveal all the paths and secrets of eternity.

The Eyes of Consciousness

I have many eyes. I have many consciousness. They all are different but they all are joined. They truly are as the fingers of the hand, different but joined, closely entwined as the air and the breath. As the vision and the eyes. As the mouth and the word. As the sky and the stars.

The chakras, so much mentioned nowadays and with so many practices to awake them. All this mixed with mystery, fascination of power, with the idea of superior control. But the chakras are more complex, profound, more reliable and also more powerful and humble.

A chakra is a center to command the energy, which is in itself, the equilibrium of the energy of man and the universe. This personal, impersonal and transcendental energy is the source where life flows and dresses in the form of concepts, ideas, feelings of reasoning and absolute expression.

This center of energy is the naked consciousness. It is the purest I, who has been born in man as a seed that must germinate in order to bloom. And it becomes -of the man and in the man- the light of the spirit, who already awakened, has been able to see the presence of Love.

The mind initiates its path beginning in this concentration of energy and with the most basic, fundamental and primitive expression. But it is not despicable or miserable because of it. On the contrary, the chakra is the light of the face of consciousness. The necessary path of the spiritual science.

The chakras are the wings of the spirit, who must grow and mature in order to be able to fly to the heavens of the only true Love, the sincere Love of God, the Father Creator.

Complete Holistic Health wouldn’t be so complete if we didn’t give you a quick overview on the practice of Feng Shui.

as Asian culture becomes more popular in the United States, the ancient Chinese  method of creating a harmonious environment, feng shui, is becoming more and more popular.

Feng Shui:   Balancing The Energy Flow

By altering how energy or “chi” flows around and through your surroundings, you can promote happiness, prosperity and good health, and feel energized, positive, and passionate about life.  Feng Shui is a powerful way of making a positive change.  Pronounced “fung shway,” feng shui literally means “wind and water.” Its  roots are 5,000 years old.  Feng shui seeks to promote prosperity, good health, and general well-being by examining how energy, qi, pronounced “chee,” flows through a particular  room, house, building, or garden.

Feng shui considers yin, feminine and passive energy, and yang,  which is masculine and hot. It also looks at the five elements – water, fire,  wood, metal, and earth, and the external environment.  The points on the compass, with eight separate directions – north, northeast,  east, southeast, south, southwest, west, and northwest – are also important.

A feng shui expert, known as a geomancer, will  consult an individual’s Chinese horoscope to figure out what is best for that  person and use complicated mathematical calculations from the ancient I  Ching,  (Book of Changes), to determine what aspects of the house  are out balance.

How To Apply Feng Shui

The easiest way to begin is by transforming your home or workplace. Include some strategically placed elements in your environment. There are numerous objects which have long been recognized for improving the flow of positive chi.  Various live plants as well as objects have been introduced to Feng Shui practice for enhancing positive “chi” and counteracting negative “chi” so that luck, fortune and wealth come your way.

The most popular objects and live plants are lucky bamboo, money plants, crystals, coins, and other good fortune symbols. It can used for celebrating a grand business opening, the purchase of a new house, or for bringing good luck.

Lucky bamboo can bring success in your career, health and relationships. According to Feng Shui, lucky bamboo is an excellent way to attract positive “chi” or energy. For centuries, Chinese have considered it a lucky symbol. It is said three stalks attract happiness; five attract wealth; seven result in good health; and twenty-one stalks offer a powerful, all-purpose blessing. Lucky bamboo makes for a perfect gift.

Ten Easy Steps For Applying Feng Shui

De-clutter Every Room

This is absolutely fundamental to ensuring a harmonious home and life. Clutter in the home restricts the flow of positive energy, and can result in cluttered thinking. Having a tidy, organized home will result in feelings of calm and relaxation. Anything that is broken, unused, or brings back unhappy memories should be thrown away.

Position Furniture Correctly

Furniture should be positioned so as not to restrict free passage through the room, as this is a reflection of the flowing of energy. People should be able to sit with their backs to a wall whenever possible.

Keep Work and Rest Areas Separate

Any work or home office space should be kept very distinct from living or sleeping areas. If these are mixed then relaxation will be impossible, and work material kept in the bedroom will prevent getting a good night’s rest.

Make Repairs Promptly

Any house features such as stairs, doors or windows that are broken or not working restrict the flow of positive energy. Repairs should be made as quickly as possible to allow the energy to flow freely again.

Hang Mirrors

Mirrors are believed to reflect positive energy, therefore doubling its potency.  They also work by preventing the flow of negative energy around the home.  However, it is not recommend placing a mirror facing a front door, as it reflects good energy back out the house.

Display Plants, Flowers, and Fruit

Displays of fresh flowers and plants promote positive energy, although ones with thorns should be avoided. A bowl of fruit rather than flowers should be situated in the bedroom to encourage sexual health, and displays of oranges and lemons throughout the home are thought to bring good luck.

Install A Water Feature

This is essential to the successful implementation of feng shui, which translates as wind water. A water feature will promote feelings of relaxation and harmony.

Fill The House With the proper Colors

Colors have a special significance in feng shui, with different colors representing different things. For example, green symbolizes nature, and is therefore representative of life and hope. Yellow represents power, and red and purple are said to be lucky. Relaxing colors are best used in living spaces.

Avoid Sharp Lines And Corners

Roundness is preferred in feng shui. Sharp corners are though to emit negative energy.  Wherever possible corners should not point to beds or chairs, as they will prevent calmness and relaxation.

These 10 feng shui rules you should follow show how to begin to create a more harmonious and prosperous home. This ancient art has helped millions of people around the world to organize their lives in such a way as to promote calmness and well-being. Although there is a lot to learn with feng shui, these rules show that there are some basic initial steps which can be taken to begin to make a difference in your life.

New Age: Akashic Records

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being.

akashic records

In the most simple of terms, the akashic records are a recorded account of everything.  That includes every human thought, action, and decision. The work ‘akasha’ is Sanskrit word meaning ‘ether’, so ‘akashic records’ refers to a record maintained and updated on a constant basis in the ethereal world.

Each of us possesses the potential to access these records at any time to retrieve any information we require, most of us simply haven’t developed the capacity or desire to do so.  There are some who are able to access the records at any time, while others are just opening to their psychic abilities and find themselves accessing the records without even realizing they are doing so.

The experience is unique to each person that uses this gift, but it’s most often described as a sort of “download” of information directly from source to their minds and a clear knowing of the information they asked for.

It should be noted that sometimes while accessing the akashic records, you will receive little or even no information at all. If you find yourself asking a question and you get nothing back as an answer, it may simple mean an answer is not appropriate to you at the time.

It doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong or that you aren’t capable. A lack of an answer will typically mean that either you’ve asked a question that isn’t in your best interest to know or the question was worded in such a way that no answer is available.

In both cases, one may find that these questions are usually ones that involve choice, i.e. what choice should I make concerning this or that? These questions concern future events and can affect free will, so they will rarely return an answer.  A better way to word it would be, what are my options at this point?, or what outcomes could result from this course of action? .
