Seeing auras enables you to instantly check your well-being and prevent illnesses from developing in your body. By developing a sight for aura you will be able to check both physical and mental health.  You will also be able to understand your general attitude towards life and spot any negative character features (e.g. greed or hatred) you may have. Once you develop this different kind of sight you will even be able to read auras of other people, like those of your friends or relatives.

It will also help you understand people and determine their intentions. You will be able to see which person likes or loves you and which holds negative thoughts towards you. The moods and intentions of people can also be felt from the vibrations they emanate.  Although some websites and books offer complicated ways of seeing auras, it is not that hard to develop this ability.

Techniques For Seeing Auras

Start with bright objects

Bright objects have stronger colours, therefore their auras are much easier to see than the auras of subtly coloured objects. It will be useful for you to firstly see the auras of such objects to get a general idea of how the aura looks like.

To see the aura you should be in the area in a daylight rather than one which is lit by an unnatural light.  Take a red book or some other brightly coloured object and hold it against the wall. The book can either touch the wall or not, it does not make any difference.  Now look at the edge of the book and keep looking at it without putting any focus on it. Let your eyesight ease up and just calmly look at the edge of the book and a background.

Let your sight become blurry

If you can, start looking at no particular object. This way you will achieve a blurry eyesight and it will soon change to another type of sight which will show you the aura.  If you start seeing the objects nearer or further away from you than they really are, this is also a sign that very shortly you will start seeing the aura, just keep looking in the same way.  The less you blink the better. The more tired you are, the more likely you are to see the aura. Also firstly you will only see a very narrow strip of the aura, but with practice it will expand.

You can make this narrow strip expand by transferring your look from the object you are viewing to that strip of the aura and the background. But remember, do not focus your sight on anything in particular because the aura will disappear from your sight.  With practice you will also be able to turn your head to look at some different part of the aura without it disappearing. This will help you see current illnesses or potential diseases in the body. They will show up as dark patches in the aura.

However when you see different coloured patches above or around the head, these patches can also mean that the person has very intense thoughts. The colour of these patches determines the nature of the thoughts.  When you can spot auric colours of the objects fairly quickly, then you can try seeing your own aura, animal aura and other people’s auras.

Although it is advised to start seeing person’s aura by looking at their third eye chakra (between the eyebrows), it is much easier to see the aura by looking at a hand or a leg because you can then look at the edge of your hand and you can also see the background. In other words, your sight goes in between the edge of your hand and the background. Therefore the aura shows up easier.  However the aura is stronger (larger) around your head, so you can try both ways and see which one gives you better results.

More Tips On Seeing Auras

When you try to look at other parts of the aura you should do so by maintaining your blurry sight rather than a focused sight. If you focus your sight whilst looking at other aura parts you will lose the sight of the aura.  Also you will notice that your sight will try to tune the aura out and it will take some time to quickly and continuously see auras because your sight is not used to it.

If you see your aura as a thin white strip, you may be seeing your etheric body rather than the aura. To determine that you can put your fingers in front of each other, around 5cm apart.  If you look at your fingers and you see that many white strips are touching each other from both hands’ fingers, then you are seeing your etheric body. In such case you should practise more and you will then be able to see the actual aura.

The brighter the person’s aura, the more positive and stronger (physically and mentally) the person is. Such people know clearly what they want and they know the direction they are heading to.  Do not be surprised if you spot an aura of the person that has two colours which are going through each other and have different intensity areas. For example my aura colour is green/yellow. Such combinations have their own meanings.

The best way to see the correct colour of your aura is in a daylight against a white wall. I know that some people use black background but I did not try this. If you look at your aura in the area lit by an unnatural light or against coloured walls you may see a changed aura colour. This is because the aura colour will be changed by the aura of the coloured background or unnatural light.  When you look at your own/other people’s auras, keep in mind that bright clothes can change aura colour too. The less coloured clothes you wear the more realistic aura colour you will be able to see.

Chakra Chart Summary Of  Your Chakras

The word chakra is derived from the Sanskrit word meaning wheel. If we were able to see the chakras (as many psychics, in fact, do) we would observe a wheel of energy continuously revolving or rotating.

Clairvoyants perceive chakras as colorful wheels or flowers with a hub in the center. The chakras begin at the base of the spine and finish at the top of the head. Though fixed in the central spinal column they are located on both the front and back of the body, and work through it.

Each chakra vibrates or rotates at a different speed. The root or first chakra rotates at the slowest speed, the crown or seventh chakra at the highest speed. Each chakra is stimulated by its own and complimentary color, and a range of gemstones for specific uses. The chakra colors are of the rainbow; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. The size and brightness of the wheels vary with individual development, physical condition, energy levels, disease, or stress.

If the chakras are not balanced, or if the energies are blocked, the basic life force will be slowed down. The individual may feel listless, tired, out of sorts, or depressed. Not only will physical bodily functions be affected so diseases may manifest, but the thought processes and the mind may also be affected. A negative attitude, fear, doubt, etc. may preoccupy the individual.

 

CROWN CHAKRA – SEVENTH CHAKRA 

Located above the head, this chakra links individual and universal. The Crown chakra is associated with the pineal gland, brain and central nervous system.

The crown chakra is the body’s primary co-ordination center. It ensures a connection to universal sources of energy and with the world as a whole. A balanced crown chakra allows for expanded awareness on an emotional level.

Some signs that the Crown Chakra is out of balance are:

  • Co-ordination difficulties
  • Poor balance and clumsiness
  • An attempt to stop new thoughts (in self or others)
  • Lack of spiritual exploration

THIRD EYE CHAKRA – BROW CHAKRA – SIXTH CHAKRA 

Located between the eyes, this chakra is intelligence and psychic power. Third eye chakra is associated with the pituitary gland, eyes, nose, ears and skeletal system.

The brow chakra is directly related to your senses of sight and hearing. It has to do with perception. It is the seat of understanding that affects how we see the world we live in and how we make sense of what is being perceived. Balancing this chakra can help remove confusion or indecision and increase the ability to see clearly and make important distinctions.

Some signs that the Brow Chakra is out of balance are:

  • Jumping  to conclusions
  • Confusion

THROAT CHAKRA – FIFTH CHAKRA

Located at the throat, this chakra is associated with creativity, self-expression and the search for truth. The Throat chakra is associated with thyroid gland, upper lungs and respiratory system.

The throat chakra allows us to communicate our thoughts and feelings. It is directly connected to the ability to express inner creativity. Both teaching and learning are affected by the balance of the throat chakra.

HEART CHAKRA – FOURTH CHAKRA

The heart chakra acts as the balance point for all the chakras. It governs our relationships and how we interact with other people. A balanced heart chakra is expressed in acceptance of self and others, personal values and ethics, following one’s unique direction in life.

A balanced Heart Chakra means expansion, freedom and growth.

  • Difficulty in relationships
  • An attempt to live vicariously through another

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA – THIRD CHAKRA

Located midway between the rib cage and the navel, this is the sense of identity. The Solar plexus chakra is associated with the pancreas, liver, gall bladder, spleen, digestive system and nervous system.

The solar plexus chakra is associated with the fire element because fire provides warmth and comfort, but also can cause fear and terror. This chakra spans a wide emotional area.

The solar plexus chakra allows one to really know oneself.

Some signs that the Solar Plexus Chakra is out of balance are:

  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Poor ability to make decisions or judge a situation accurately
  • A feeling that you are more important than other people
  • Trouble taking action or getting things done

SACRAL HARA CHAKRA – SECOND CHAKRA

Located at the genitals, this chakra monitors sexuality and reproduction. Sacral hara chakra is associated with reproductive organs, stomach and colon.

SACRAL HARA CHAKRA – Color

The color associated with the sacral hara chakra is Orange. Orange symbolizes energy. It is a combination of red (for personality) and yellow (for wisdom). Orange integrates these to help us overcome anger and develop self control.

All the orange stones – carnelian, orange jasper, fire opal – are used with the sacral hara chakra.

For healing, these stones are essential for health and vitality. It regulates food intake. Orange is warm and positive.

I should stop bringing ups new topics and build this section of our blog as it is completely near and dear to mine and Karin’s hearts.  We avidly workout and eat well, and it has impacted our lives in so many ways.

Fitness and nutrition have been a huge part of my life-off an on since I went to college and got my hands on the Gold's Gym Training Encyclopedia on justruminating men's blogGold’s Gym Training Encyclopedia.  The fundamentals I learned from that book are largely still applicable today.  And I still do those basic exercises every time I workout!

Sadly, as I was going through our blog to link to some fitness and nutrition articles I found I hadn’t written any!  So, I will be building a thorough library on this area.  There is so much mis-information, complicated this and that’s.

I guarantee we will help you sift this plethora of garbage information and get to the meat and potatoes of eating right and exercising, no matter your fitness level, age, or condition!  First lesson:  “Diet” is a word that no longer exists…

It is far too easy to get wrapped up in day-to-day tasks and responsibilities, forgetting to take care of yourself. Choose from a variety of practices that can easily be incorporated a few minutes each day to bring about inner peace and contentment. Here are a few suggestions.

Obviously this physical would never supersede any medical treatments you are currently undergoing.  But I guarantee you one thing, apply these principles with 100% commitment, you might be surprised the next time you go for an actual physical.

The changes will startle you!  (just one example for myself:  my bp when I started this new journey in December of 2012 was 158/110!  I just had it checked on Monday:  11/80!

Using the list 1-7 above, make a questionnaire for yourself, then put a check mark next to each topic as to whether you take an active role in that wellness function or not.  Avoid the last box!  The graphic is there for you to ponder, not to extend any negative energy field to you whatsoever.  We learn TWICE AS MUCH when we SEE as we do when we HEAR!
